1.Description

 

• Made of 304 stainless steel with 5mm thickness, it has very high strength and will not bend and deform

 

• The surface of the bracket is sprayed with metal spraying technology, beautiful and durable

 

• Hollow shape, the weight of the linkage is 630g

 

• Product size (manual measurement, there will be a certain error) : 280*35*5mm (long linkage)    160*85*5mm (short linkage)

 

 

2.Suspension

 

• Full use of suspension travel:

Initial eye-to-eye distance of shock absorber: 200mm

Initial eye-to-eye distance of wheel: 115mm

 

 

Final eye-to-eye distance of shock absorber: 144mm

Final eye-to-eye distance of wheel: 23mm

 

The shock absorber travel is 56mm

The wheel travel is 92mm

The travel ratio is 1.64 (92÷56)

 

• Cross bar design, will not hit the bottom

 

 

3.Shock Absorber

 

• Use a shock absorber with an eye-to-eye distance of 200mm

 

• FASTACE BDA53RC/DNM RCP-2S/DNM AOY-36RC is recommended

 

 

• Support spring shock absorber with gas tank or air pressure shock absorber with dual air chamber (not supported by original linkage)

 

• We will give you nylon isolation column, if your shock absorber width is 14mm (most shock absorbers, such as DNM RCP-2S), please select the 14mm option; If your shock absorber width is 18mm (such as Fastace), select the 18mm option

• Please use a spring above 450LBS and adjust it according to your weight (I weigh 70kg and feel good at 550LBS)

 

 

4.Fender
